A web-based interactive community database (web-portal) will be developed at the community level for access to information of the community people. The database will be developed in local language and on the basis of locally relevant content. Preliminary the web-database will be installed as offline and community people will be trained to brows & input community data. As soon as the people will have their capacity to use the web-portal, the portal will be linked in the internet and anybody can reach to the portal to know the information and activities of the community. Initially local relevant & useful information and important activities will be uploaded in the portal. Gradually the community web-portal will link to national and regional web site for sharing of data, good practices, lessons etc. of the community. Computer training will be organized in each of the project Union for utilization of computer & web-portal. ICT expert will conduct the training.
