COE Programme for ESD

TVE Asia Pacific (TVEAP)
Overview Report of TVEAP's ESD activities

Saving the Planet Website Relaunched: June – August 2009

The STP website, located at http://www.savingtheplanet.tv, was completely revamped in time for the Tokyo launch in August 2009.

It carries the following top-level sections:
• Home page
• The project (brief history of Years 1 and 2)
• The films (individual pages for each film, with synopsis, links, etc.)
• Partners (6 organisations that helped profile their stories in the series)
• Photo Gallery
• About Us (TVEAP, ACCU, COE Programme, etc.)
• Contact details

Importantly, it gives full information on how to obtain copies of the films online, on DVD, or on broadcast master tapes.

The website will continue to grow, with more information placed to support the six partners in their distribution work of the series at National Level. TVEAP is also developing a special section for educational use of the TV series, to be placed on this website.
