Following the national workshop on ESD and classroom teaching that was held in May, 2007, a form for classroom teaching plan was worked out to help teachers in project schools in carrying out ESD, integrating ESD into national curriculum. To encourage teachers in project schools to integrate ESD into subject teaching and learn from good experiences, a competition for excellent subject teaching plan and excellent teaching case has been held at national level and the final assessment will be made around the end of 2007. At same time, there have been communications and consultations between national and local project organizers to further promote local ESD training after the national workshop.
