As only principals and few responsible persons from each project schools were able to participate in the training programs at national and local level, it is necessary to have training program at school level with participation of teachers and other personal. The contents of training program at school level are to have teachers to study the theory of ESD, to write down what they have gained in the theory study of ESD and participate in practice of ESD so that the teachers from project schools are able to master the concept, content and features of ESD and learn about successful experiences and information about ESD.
