"Literacy Grassroots Breakthroughs" is published quarterly by Literacy Resource Centres for Girls and Women (LRC). Regular columns are "Challenge for EFA" introducing the latest efforts of LRCs toward Education for All (EFA), "Voices from CLCs" featuring case stories from Community Learning Centre, "Tips on ICT" providing information on use of Information Communication Technology in literacy promotion activities, etc. This newsletter tries to depict the latest ideas, projects, news and trends happening in the field of literacy and non-formal education (NFE) in the Asia and Pacific region.
