Objectives |
The main objectives of the programme are:

To develop flexible learning schedule, teaching
methods, and materials for meeting the community requirements; |

To extend community participation in the planning
and management of education; |
|
To study the background/starting point of education
programme in the village as well as literacy in Thai language of
hill tribes; |
|
To set up a study plan for hill tribes provide a
second chance education for out-of-school children and youth; |
|
To enable children and youth of marginalized and
disadvantaged population groups to attain secondary education; and |
|
To prepare trained and skilled manpower for the
labour market. |
