Process |
The programmes are to evolve continually, with each distinct
stage depending on the educational levels, practical knowledge and needs
of the programme participants. Training programmes for NGOs and others
are developed on the basis of the experience gained after each programme
evaluation exercise. The Partners of the programme fix time targets of
three to five years; these time limits indicate phase-wise evolution of
different activities. All activities are dynamic and conceptually inter-related.
They undergo frequent modifications in the light of transformation seen
in women's status and community development for action. |
