- An agricultural development expert. Worked for 15 year (1980-95) with FAO-United Nations, Asian Development Bank and other UN agencies in Southeast Asian countries as an advisor on farmer's training, extension management and planning and evaluation of irrigated agricultural projects. Produced many training material for former education in Asian countries.
- Attached for 4 years (1994-98) with Continuing Education Centre at the Asian Institute of Technology in Bangkok. Developed training curricula on agricultural and rural development and agro-environment for the farmers in Asian countries.
- A photographer with international reputation. Produced many media materials - AV and printing for farmers. Organized and sponsored many photo exhibition for rural development.
