-	Assigned by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia as the Director-General of Out-of-School Education, Youth and Sports, Ministry of Education and Culture.
-	During the Assignment, they produced packets A-1 to A-100 as basic learning needs of the pure illiterate population and the primary drop-outs covering all spheres of life: ideology, politics, economy, socio-cultural and defense-security.
-	After 1991, his successor has produced packets A, equivalent to primary education.
