-	Trained as an instructional designer and a video producer for the Centre for Instructional Technology and Multimedia, University of Science, Malaysia.
-	Help the Centre produce instructional and promotional video programmes for the University.
-	Teach instructional design and media production courses for the School of Education and supervise masters and doctoral students at the Centre.
-	Conduct in-service training workshops in video production and instructional design for teachers and members of the armed forces. The main clients for these workshops are the State Resource Centres and the Educational Technology Division, Ministry of Education, which manages the educational television services in Malaysia.
