Responsibility
As a coordinator of APPEAL, ATLP and ATLP-CE were conceived, developed, field-tested and finalised under my supervision. After the publication, number of Regional, Sub-regional and National Training Workshops were held inviting literacy experts from developing countries in Asia and the Pacific.
