(1980-84) Assistant of the Northern Regional NFE Center, responsible for the hill-tribes education program operating in Lampang, Chiangmai, Chiangrai, Maehongson, Lamphun provinces. Developing curriculum for Long-distance Education and other programs as role researcher by providing program texts, hand books, mini-courses for training trainers, monitoring and evaluation system.

(1985-91) Developing the Hill-tribes Education Area Project, for developing curriculum for basic education and functional literacy programs, and the materials all the new literacy.
