- Involved in NFE sector as a Trainer, Material Developer and Evaluator in the capacity of Consultant/Resource person both at home and abroad.
- Actively involved in developing National Curriculum and Primers for children, adults and adolescent groups in NFE sector.
- Developed/edited more than 100 continuing education materials which are being used throughout Bangladesh.
- Developed/edited more than 30 training manuals on the issues related to Capacity Development, Educational Management, Women's Empowerment, Entrepreneurship Development, Monitoring and Evaluation, Training of Trainers, etc.
- Planned, coordinated and implemented a number of national and international projects.
- Developed several motivational video films.
- Coordinated activities of "Bangladesh Literacy Resource Center" which serves as a documentation center and data bank for literacy, adult education and continuing education.
- Coordinated activities of "Child Labor Resource Center" which serves as a documentation center and data bank on child labor and provides technical assistance for strengthening action programs on child labor.
- Worked as a resource person to develop courses for the Diploma in Non-formal Education offered by "Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology", and worked as a part-time lecturer at the Institute of Primary and Non-formal Education under the above mentioned university.
