- Developed various training courses on basic literacy, post-literacy and CE for different level of Government and non-Government literacy personnel.
- Wider understanding on ATLP and ATLP-CE and closely worked with Directorate of Non-Formal Education for translating those manuals in national language.
- One year working experience with a bi-lateral project on adult literacy.
- Wide range of skills on participatory techniques (PRA) and Language Experience Approach for assessing learning needs and literacy training.
- Worked as a member of different taskforce at national level to formulate/design policy and procedure on literacy program i.e. national policy for post-literacy, selecting core competencies for adult literacy courses.
