- BLCC on-going programme of non-formal basic education for girls comprises project supported by different donor agencies such as UNICEF, PDP, Prime Minister Literacy Commission, Small Grants Funds (Canada).
- Engaged in combating Child Labour in the carpet weaving and soccer ball industries. At present, 650 children are studying. BLCC is raising the awareness of children, parents employees and the community.
- Running Women Empowerment, Poverty Alleviation and Saving and Micro Credit Programmes. It imparts functional literacy skill development and credit to enable women to have access to information/knowledge, also to raise their income by undertaking micro enterprises.
