Serving as the Provincial Secretary of Pakistan Girl Guides Association, Punjab, where her chief responsibility is to head the team of professional staff of administration, finance training and development programmes.

Has been assigned to associate with the planning and implementation of Literacy and Community Development Projects of the Girl Guides Association.

Initiated and monitored development and printing of training and learning materials, newsletters and magazines for the neo-literates.

Designed training courses for the teachers of adult literacy centres of PGGA in 1963 and organised training through out Pakistan to establish Adult Literacy Centres.

Girl Guides trainings for the implementation of "Each One Teach One" were conducted in the districts.

Since 1995, co-ordinating planning designing and implementing "Girl Child Awareness Program Package" for the adolescent Girl Guides, "Training Package of Volunteers" for mobilizing community participation for children rights sensitization.
